AOFMPro were invited to work backstage during New York Fashion Week at the Erin Fetherston Spring/Summer ’16 show. The collection was a very feminine take on the current trend of the 1970’s and had a very refined boho feel to it. The collection’s inspiration was from French 1960’s songstress/actress Jane Birkin and Anne of Green Gables. The makeup and hair also had a very boho feel to it with lots of middle partings and soft waves framing the face and the makeup applied by AOFMPro lead makeup artist and our amazing AOFM graduates was kept very light with the emphasis on flushed cheeks this meant lots of blusher was applied and a clear shine was used to emphasize the cheek bones instead of the usual highlighter. Take a look at some of our pictures to see our graduates working very hard backstage and the beautiful finished look on the catwalk.
